Liquid Wellness & IV has been ranked #28 on the Kansas City Business Journal’s Top 50 Fastest-Growing Businesses for 2026, marking the company’s second consecutive year on the list.
According to the Kansas City Business Journal, the median average annual growth rate among this year’s Top 50 companies was 20%. To qualify, businesses were required to generate more than $1 million in revenue in 2025.

Liquid Wellness & IV’s growth has been fueled by rising demand for both mobile and in-clinic wellness services, including IV therapy, skin care and aesthetics, hormone support, medical weight management, supplements, peptides, and longevity services.
The company has continued its expansion in 2026, opening a new office and retail clinic location at 11010 Metcalf in Overland Park, Kansas. The location joins two existing Kansas City metro clinics inside Chiefs Fit in Overland Park and at the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri.
Liquid Wellness & IV also expanded its presence outside Kansas City this year with the opening of a new retail clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company also operates three Texas clinics located inside Cowboys Fit gyms.
