I truly appreciate the communication from you and your team.My experience with Liquid Mobile IV's Medical Weight Loss program has been nothing short of frustrating. I initially scheduled a telehealth appointment nearly three weeks ago with high hopes of starting the program promptly. However, despite the company's promise of receiving pharmacy prescriptions within 7-14 days via mail, I've encountered nothing but delays and poor communication.After requesting my prescriptions be shipped to a nearby clinic, I expected some form of communication regarding any potential delays outside of the promised timeframe. Unfortunately, I received my receipt and heard nothing further regarding shipment details. Despite reaching out to the 800 number six times to inquire about the status of my order and request a refund or credit, I was met with silence and no follow-up.It wasn't until two weeks after my telehealth appointment that I finally received a call, only to be informed of an issue with the pharmacy and assured that my shipment would be a priority for the next delivery. However, to date, I have neither received the shipment nor any notification or communication regarding further delays.At this point, my trust in Liquid Mobile IV's ability to fulfill their promises has dwindled, and I am left feeling abandoned and frustrated. I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance, and I no longer have confidence that my shipment will ever arrive. As such, I am left with no choice but to request a refund for the expenses incurred.Overall, my experience with Liquid Mobile IV's Medical Weight Loss program has been incredibly disappointing, characterized by delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises.
